And it is international. The approach used in this research was mixed (with a sequential exploratory design that started with the review of articles and books related to competitive intelligence and competitive advantage and interviews and then continued with quantitative work). Also, in terms of strategy, this research was of a survey type in the qualitative part, content analysis, and in the quantitative part, a comparison. Achieving competitive advantage mechanisms was implemented in two qualitative and quantitative stages. In the qualitative part, in addition to the review of related texts and articles, interviews were also conducted with faculty members related to petroleum geomechanics and related trends. The interviewees were selected in a purposeful way, and the mechanisms were identified.<br />The identified mechanisms include education and information mechanisms, research mechanisms, market research mechanisms, executive mechanisms, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. Next, to determine the importance of each of the mechanisms, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed using an online questionnaire among faculty members related to petroleum geomechanics, managers and experts of the petroleum industry, and students and graduates of the orientation, finally 53 questionnaires were obtained. which was analyzed using fuzzy Delphi statistical methods and t-test. The results of the research showed that among the proposed mechanisms, the mechanisms of compiling and implementing educational programs; The development of intra- and extra-academic communication and the holding of joint and continuous meetings with industry representatives are of the highest importance. این پژوهش به بررسی و ارائه سازوکارهای دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی در گرایش ژئومکانیک نفت دانشگاه‌های صنعتی سطح یک شهر تهران می‌پردازد، هدف پژوهش استفاده از نتایج آن برای دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی گرایش ژئومکانفت دانشگاه‌های سطح یک شهر تهران در سطح ملّی و بین المللی می‌باشد. رویکرد به‌کار گرفته شده در این پژوهش آمیخته (با طرح اکتشافی متوالی که با بررسی مقالات و کتب مرتبط با هوش رقابتی و مزیت رقابتی و مصاحبه شروع و سپس با کار کمّی ادامه یافت) بوده است. همچنین این پژوهش از نظر استراتژی در بخش کیفی، تحلیل محتوا و در بخش کمّی مقایسه‌ای از نوع پیمایشی بوده است. دستیابی به سازوکارهای مزیت رقابتی در دو مرحله کیفی و کمّی اجرا شد. در بخش کیفی، علاوه بر بررسی متون و مقالات مرتبط، مصاحبه نیز با اعضاء هیات علمی مرتبط با گرایش ژئومکانیک نفت و گرایش‌های مرتبط با آن انجام شد که افراد مورد مصاحبه به روش هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند، انجام گردید و سازوکارها شناسایی گردید. سازوکارهای مشخص شده شامل، سازوکارهای آموزش و اطلاع رسانی، سازوکارهای پژوهشی، سازوکارهای بازار پژوهی، سازوکارهای اجرایی، سازوکارهای پایش و ارزشیابی است. در ادامه برای تعیین اهمیّت هریک از سازوکارها پرسشنامه‌ای تهیّه شده و با استفاده از پرسشنامه آنلاین در بین اعضاء هیات علمی مرتبط با گرایش ژئومکانیک نفت، مدیران و کارشناسان صنعت نفت و دانشجویان و دانش آموختگان گرایش توزیع گردید، نهایتا 53 پرسشنامه بدست آمد، که با استفاده از روش‌های آماری دلفی فازی و آزمون تی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد از بین سازوکارهای مطرح شده سازوکارهای تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی؛ توسعه ارتباطات درون و برون دانشگاهی و برگزاری نشست های مشترک و مستمر با نمایندگان صنعت در بالاترین درجه اهمیّت قرار دارد. http://www.irpga-journal.ir/article_170962_34df4bac8c4698c7c6d690ef2e6c8070.pdf
